I had a mixed experience at The Graham in Georgetown. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, I found some serious issues with cleanliness and service that affected my stay. The rooftop bar was a highlight, though it did get quite busy with non-hotel guests.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, but the overall service left much to be desired, making it challenging to fully appreciate my time there.

The dining experience had its charm, especially with a themed speakeasy restaurant in the basement. but I wished the breakfast credit was a bit higher to cover more menu items without extra cost.

Although the room was spacious, I struggled with an uncomfortable mattress and inadequate housekeeping that didn't restock water bottles. The air conditioning was also problematic, leaving me to deal with a hot environment and noise from a portable unit.

I had a mixed experience at The Graham Georgetown. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the vibrant scene of Georgetown, but I faced several service issues that were disappointing. While the staff was friendly and the rooftop bar was a highlight, lack of attention to detail and management accessibility overshadowed my stay. It's a charming boutique hotel with potential, but some areas need improvement. 🌆

Rooms
5.0
My room was clean but had several inconveniences, like the uncomfortable mattress and noisy portable AC unit. I also noted that the water bottles weren't restocked daily, which was a hassle. That said, the bathrooms were nice and spacious, which I appreciated.
Service
5.0
Service was a downside. While some staff were friendly, I struggled with several billing issues that took way too long to resolve, and at times, there appeared to be a lack of management presence. It felt frustrating trying to get assistance during my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is definitely a pro. It was conveniently situated in Georgetown, making it easy to explore local eateries and shops. I loved being within walking distance of everything I wanted to see!
Dining
5.0
The rooftop bar had great ambiance and views, but was overcrowded and quite loud during my visit, which made it challenging to enjoy the experience. The breakfast options were very limited and underwhelming, which left me wanting more.
Facilities
5.0
Though some amenities were offered, like valet service and housekeeping, there were gaps. Notably, the minibar was just a cabinet without cooling, which was disappointing in the heat. I would expect better from a hotel of this caliber.
